Four lw430 centrifuges were exported to Myanmar in 2017 for solid-liquid separation in alcohol industry. In January 2018, the marketing center of the civil products business department received an email from Myanmar and needed to send after-sales service personnel to the customer's site for debugging.
After receiving the fax, the marketing center immediately organized the relevant personnel to formulate the debugging scheme for the machine used for the material. And sent after-sales service engineers Xie bin and Niu Shiguan to Myanmar on January 15, 2018 to carry out after-sales service support work.
At the customer's site, the two service engineers held a rigorous working attitude. First, they inspected the centrifuge and the electric cabinet in detail, and then instructed the Myanmar installation personnel to install the centrifuge and the electric cabinet and connect the process pipeline in strict accordance with the factory regulations.
During the communication with the person in charge of Myanmar, the two engineers understood the process indicators of the material, carefully analyzed the data in the process system (temperature, material concentration, material properties, etc.), and formulated the parameters of centrifuge operation. After four consecutive days of commissioning, the two engineers worked hard and kept improving. Finally, the separation effect of the centrifuge met the requirements of the contract, and their rigorous work was appreciated by the Myanmar side.
The successful completion of the commissioning work abroad not only shows the ability of manufacturing in China, but also lays a solid foundation for our centrifuge to explore the Southeast Asian market.
